By bringing visual context to and leveraging the data from within the site's BMS and CMMS, along with the data within existing drawings, schematics and Excell, the process of work planning and execution has been significantly optimised.

The site required a solution to integrate its existing Maximo CMMS and Schneider BMS into a unified platform for enhanced visualization and streamlined operations.
Digital Integration:
PlantQuest’s solution visualized data from the facility’s CMMS and BMS, enabling instant data access and reducing delays in asset and alarm management. The platform also integrated data from existing drawings, schematics, and Excel spreadsheets for comprehensive asset mapping.
Interactive Experience:
A total of 880 rooms were digitized into an interactive 2D map, allowing users to engage with the facility and its assets intuitively. Real-time alerts from the BMS made alarms actionable, guiding users directly to affected locations. A Google Street View-like experience in plant rooms enhanced navigation between 2D maps and 3D environments, improving asset interaction and task execution.
OneView Platform:
By consolidating assets from the CMMS into a single platform, PlantQuest delivered a "OneView" solution for facility operations. This integration simplified asset management and maintenance workflows through a user-friendly interface. Field surveys using the PlantQuest tool, combined with existing documentation and schematics, ensured accurate and comprehensive digital mapping.

The project was completed in just three months, thanks to close collaboration with the facility’s team, IT department, and the organization’s global asset management team.
